Features

• Hot dip galvanized for corrosion protection and unmatched durability, even in harsh conditions (smallest sizes are mechanically galvanized)
• Forged jaw ends are fitted with bolts and nuts for 1/4” through 5/8”, and pins and cotters on 3/4” through 2-3/4” sizes
• TURNBUCKLES ARE RECOMMENDED FOR STRAIGHT OR IN-LINE PULL ONLY
• Modified UNJ threads on the end fittings provide improved fatigue properties. Turnbuckle bodies have UNC threads. Lock Nuts are available for all sizes
• Meets or exceeds all requirements of ASME B30.26
• Fatigue rated to 20,000 cycles at 1-1/2 times the Working Load Limit
• Made in the U.S.A.
• End fittings are Quenched and Tempered or Normalized and bodies are heat treated by normalizing. The Quench and Temper process results in a tough material that reduces the risk of brittle, catastrophic failure, producing an eye that will deform if overloading occurs, giving warning before ultimate failure
• Closed die forged - assures clear "raised" lettering, superior grain flow, and consistent dimensional accuracy
