It has a dual-action which consists in dissolving the paint system on contact penetrates into the paint system and delaminates it from underneath for complete paint removal. It thus provides a final solution to any coating system. This product is effective against latex paints, epoxies, elastomerics, urethanes, alkyds, lead-based paints, etc., and can be used on interior and exterior surfaces including concrete, brick, stone, aluminum, wood, fiberglass, plastic, etc.Dilution: use lock, stock and barrelAcreage: 40 to 46 ft2/gal(US)Its unique paste formulation makes it easy to apply with a paint brush, a trowel or an airless equipment and it stays in place. If the paint stripper is to be left for an extended period of time exceeding 6 hours, cover it to slow the evaporation process and extend the product dwell time.Lead-based paint:If used on lead-based paint, it is crucial to take the necessary precautions in order to avoid creating lead dust or hazardous residues. These residues represent a health hazard since their small size facilitates their accidental ingestion or inhalation. Residues should be swept away with a damp stroll or HEPA vacuum.
