Red, high strength, high viscosity methacrylate-based threadlocking adhesive, suited to large threads. Fluoresces to allow monitoring.
LOCTITE® 277 is a red, high strength, high viscosity threadlocking adhesive especially suitable for large bolts and studs greater than 1"/25mm. Disassembly with heat possible.
• High torque strength
• High viscosity for large threads and gap fill
• Prevents unwanted movement, loosening, leaks and corrosion
• Can be disassembled by heating parts to 300°C
