Aluminum Oxide Finishing Disc - Non-Woven, 2 in Diameter, 30000 RPM

This 2-inch aluminum oxide non-woven abrasive disc is ideal for coarse-grade finishing and blending applications. Featuring a new aerospace-tailored resin system, the disc provides smear-free performance even on high nickel content alloys. It will not load on aluminum and soft metals, unlike many competitive products. The proprietary coating method ensures a thick grain layer throughout the disc, extending its life and maintaining consistent performance. With a maximum RPM of 30,000, it offers high-performance and flexibility, making it perfect for various surface types. The quick-change Type R mounting system facilitates easy application. Sold in packs of 50, the disc does not include a center hole or vacuum holes, suited for specific applications where these features are not required.
