This 2-inch medium grit non-woven disc is designed for moderate surface blending on a variety of metals and surface shapes. It features premium high-loft nylon fiber bonded to a strong nylon scrim backing for extended life, enhanced durability, and stiffness. The patented Vortex agglomerated aluminum oxide grain ensures consistent cutting and finishing, combining the aggressive cutting power of coarser grits with the smooth finish of finer grits. Proprietary Clean Bond resin technology guarantees smear-free finishes on high nickel alloys and reduces loading on aluminum and other soft metals. The disc uses a Type TR/III roll-on/roll-off plastic attachment system for easy mounting and has a maximum RPM of 30,000, making it ideal for heavy to medium stock removal applications. The maroon-colored disc is perfect for achieving professional-grade finishes.
