This 5-inch very fine grit non-woven disc is made from premium aluminum oxide, designed for final surface blending on a variety of metals and surface shapes. The high-loft nylon fiber, bonded to a strong nylon scrim backing, provides a thick layer of resin bond and grain for extended life and enhanced durability. With proprietary Clean Bond resin technology, this disc guarantees smear-free finishes, even on high-nickel content alloys, and reduces loading on aluminum and other soft metals. Waterproof and washable, the disc features a hook-and-loop mounting type for easy attachment. Operating at a maximum speed of 10,000 RPM, it is perfect for professional and industrial use.
