This 7-inch aluminum oxide non-woven abrasive disc is designed for very fine grit final surface blending on various metals and surface shapes. It features premium high-loft nylon fiber bonded to a durable nylon scrim backing, providing a thick layer of resin bond and abrasive grain for extended life, durability, and stiffness. The premium aluminum oxide abrasive grain offers a 20% higher cut rate and 50% better performance compared to competitive surface conditioning belts. Proprietary Clean Bond resin technology ensures smear-free finishes, even on high nickel content alloys, and helps reduce loading on aluminum and other soft metals. Waterproof and washable, this disc is ideal for efficient, high-quality surface preparation, with a hook-and-loop mounting type for easy attachment and removal.
