This 7-inch aluminum oxide non-woven abrasive disc is designed for medium grit surface blending on a variety of metals and surface shapes. Featuring premium high-loft nylon fiber bonded to a strong nylon scrim backing, it offers extended life, durability, and stiffness with a thick layer of resin bond and abrasive grain. The premium aluminum oxide coating provides a 20% higher cut rate and 50% better performance than competitive surface conditioning belts. With proprietary Clean Bond resin technology, it ensures smear-free finishes even on high nickel content alloys and reduces loading on aluminum and other soft metals. Waterproof and washable, the disc is ideal for applications that require efficient and consistent results. The hook-and-loop mounting type allows for easy attachment and removal.
