This high-performance abrasive belt is made from self-sharpening zirconia alumina, providing excellent cut rates and extended product life. The belt features a high-performance resin bond for strong grain adhesion, ensuring durability. The X-weight polyester backing is flexible, making it suitable for moderate to light-pressure applications. The close coat design minimizes loading and allows the belt to excel on soft materials such as aluminum, brass, bronze, leather, and a variety of steels and fiberglass. With a grit number of 80, this belt is perfect for roughing to intermediate applications, and is 18 inches in length and 3/4 inch in width.
