This 2-inch aluminum oxide non-woven abrasive disc is designed for finishing and blending applications, particularly effective on high nickel content alloys without causing smearing. The advanced resin system is aerospace-tailored to prevent loading on aluminum and soft metals, which is common in competitive products. The proprietary new coating method ensures a thick layer of grain throughout the product, extending its lifespan and providing consistent performance. With a maximum RPM of 30,000, the disc offers excellent flexibility for various surface types. It features a quick-change Type R mounting system and is sold in packs of 25. No center hole or vacuum holes are included, making it suitable for specific tasks where these features are not needed.
