These FR-TECH® FR/ARC-Rated Safety Coveralls are designed for both comfort and versatility, offering essential protection in hazardous environments with arc flash or flash fire risks. Crafted from a blend of 88% premium cotton and 12% high-tenacity nylon (7 oz/240 GSM), the coveralls meet CGSB 155.20-2000 and NFPA 2112-2012 standards, with a Thermal Protective Performance (TPP) value of 9 and an Arc Thermal Protective Value (ATPV) of 10 cal/cm². They are CSA Z96-22 Class 2 Level 2 and Class 2 Level FR compliant, and meet ASTM F1506-20A, NFPA 70E-2021, and CSA Z462-2021 standards, rated ARC 2. Features include double-stitched StarTech® FR reflective tape, aramid inherently FR thread, and guaranteed flame resistance for the garment's lifetime. Additional details include a radiophone clip strap, 2-way FR brass zipper, 7 storage pockets (2 back, 2 chest, 2 side, 1 tool), 2 pass-through pockets, adjustable elastic suspenders, and an elastic waistband on the back.
