JLHD Series L-clamps feature an increased throat depth and heavy-duty cold-forged swivel pads for a wide range of applications.
• Made with increased throat depth and heavy-duty cold-forged swivel pads for maximum versatility
• Heavy-duty replaceable pads tilt up to 35° for better alignment to work piece
• Tempered drop forged sliding arm reduces clamping set up time and is ideal for high volume production work
• Rails, sliding arms, and spindles are heat treated for maximum strength
• High carbon Acme threaded spindle is spatter resistant
• Nickel-chrome plated rails are heat formed from cold drawn profiled steel
• Hidden spring applies tension to pad for easier set-up (models 390524 thru 390533)
• Hex bolster on spindle end allows use of wrench or socket for increased clamping force (models 390524 thru 390533)
• Replacement spindle and pads readily available
