Description:
This 3/4" screw pin shackle is built for heavy-duty lifting applications, combining strength, reliability, and precision. Constructed from heat-treated carbon steel and featuring quenched and tempered bows, it includes alloy steel pins with a metallic coating that ensures tighter thread tolerances compared to painted alternatives. With a design factor of 6:1 and a working load limit of 9,500 lbs. (4.75 tons), it meets or exceeds the requirements of U.S. Federal Specification RR-C-271D and ASME B30.26 (Type 4A, Class 2, Grade A). The hot dip galvanized finish provides corrosion resistance, and the environmentally conscious packaging is recyclable, biodegradable, reduced, or made with recycled content.
