Le ruban minier robuste Scotch® 31 est un ruban minier robuste de 60 mil (1,52 mm) d'épaisseur, de qualité supérieure, approuvé par la MSHA. Ce ruban flexible offre une résistance à l'abrasion, à l'eau et à l'huile. Il résiste à une large plage de températures de 32 °F à 221 °F (0 °C à 105 °C).
