This product dries quickly while allowing time for positioning and adjustments without slowing down work processes.The 3M Neoprene Contact Adhesive is an air drying contact adhesive that bonds immediately and permanently upon application of contact pressure. It bonds many decorative and high pressure laminates, plastic, aluminum, steel, particle board, wood, masonry, rubber, and canvas. The adhesive is designed to be brushable and rollable and gives you higher coverage. It also offers excellent resistance to plastic flow.
