Description:
This heavy-duty forged eyebolt is engineered for lifting and rigging applications requiring high strength and reliability. With an outside eye diameter of 6 7/8" and a rated capacity of 40,000 lbs. when loaded in a straight vertical line, it provides secure attachment in industrial settings. The shank length measures 4" with a UNC-2A thread size of 2"-4 1/2". The eyebolt must never be loaded beyond its rated capacity and should not be subjected to angles greater than 45° from the bolt centerline. When loaded at a 45° angle, the rated capacity is reduced to 25% (10,000 lbs.).
