This 2-inch very fine grit non-woven disc is designed for final surface blending on a variety of metals and surface shapes. It features premium durable nylon fiber bonded to a strong Y-weight polyester backing with extremely low stretch, making it ideal for applications that require durability and minimal stretch. The premium aluminum oxide abrasive grain coating provides up to 20% higher cut rate and 50% better performance compared to competitive surface conditioning belts. Proprietary Clean Bond resin technology guarantees smear-free finishes, even on high nickel content alloys, and reduces loading on aluminum and other soft metals. The Ty TS/II roll-on/roll-off plastic attachment system ensures easy and secure mounting. With a maximum RPM of 30,000, this disc is perfect for heavy to medium stock removal, offering reliable performance for professional-grade finishes. The blue color signifies its very fine grit grade.
