This 2-inch medium grit non-woven disc is designed for moderate surface blending on a variety of metals and surface shapes. Made with premium high-loft nylon fiber bonded to a durable nylon scrim backing, it ensures a long lifespan and enhanced durability. The patented Vortex agglomerated aluminum oxide grain provides consistent cutting and finishing by combining the cutting power of coarser grits with the smooth finish of finer grits. With proprietary Clean Bond resin technology, this disc guarantees smear-free finishes, even on high nickel content alloys, while reducing loading on aluminum and other soft metals. The Type TS/II roll-on/roll-off plastic attachment system makes it easy to mount. With a maximum RPM of 30,000, it is perfect for applications requiring heavy to medium stock removal. The maroon-colored disc provides professional-grade results.
