Product information
This 5-inch medium grit non-woven disc is ideal for moderate surface blending on a variety of metals and surface shapes. Made with premium aluminum oxide abrasive grain, it offers up to 20% higher cut rate and 50% better performance than competitive surface conditioning products. The high-loft nylon fiber, bonded to a strong nylon scrim backing, provides a thick resin bond layer for extended life, added durability, and stiffness. Featuring proprietary Clean Bond resin technology, it guarantees smear-free finishes even on high nickel content alloys while reducing loading on aluminum and soft metals. The disc is waterproof, washable, and has a hook-and-loop mounting type for easy attachment. Operating at a maximum speed of 10,000 RPM, it is packaged in a quantity of 25, perfect for professional use.
