This 5-inch Type 29 flap disc is made from high-quality zirconia alumina abrasive, designed for excellent cut rate and durability at a low initial price point. The angled face of the Type 29 disc provides greater surface contact, making it ideal for fast stock removal. It features a fiberglass/resin backing plate, offering high strength, light weight, and the ability to absorb vibration for smoother operation. The polyester/cotton backing combination ensures a good balance between cut rate and finishing. With a medium P80 grit rating, it is perfect for light blending and cleaning tasks. Operating at a maximum speed of 12,000 RPM, this flap disc is suitable for professional and industrial use.
