This 5-inch Type 29 flap disc is made from high-quality zirconia alumina abrasive, designed for excellent cut rate and durability at a low initial price point. The angled face of the Type 29 disc provides greater surface contact, making it ideal for fast stock removal. Featuring a fiberglass/resin backing plate, it offers high strength, light weight, and vibration absorption for a smoother operation. The polyester/cotton backing combination ensures a balance between cut rate and finishing. With a medium P60 grit rating, it is perfect for blending and deburring. Operating at a maximum speed of 12,000 RPM, this flap disc is designed for professional and industrial use.
