This 1-1/2 inch premium ceramic alumina abrasive disc is designed for a variety of applications, including blending, deburring, edge breaking, polishing, and paint removal. With advanced ceramic alumina grain, it delivers significantly faster cut rates and resists wear, offering 50%-300% longer life compared to conventional abrasives. The X-wt. cotton cloth backing with a resin bond ensures excellent grain retention and durability. It also features an advanced grinding aid for cooler cutting, further enhancing its life and performance. This disc is suitable for use on a wide range of materials including stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, fiberglass, and more, making it an ideal choice for high-productivity tasks. The disc operates at a maximum speed of 23,000 RPM and features a 7/8-inch arbor hole for easy mounting.
