This 2-inch premium ceramic alumina abrasive disc is designed for a wide range of applications, including blending, deburring, polishing, and surface preparation. The next-generation ceramic alumina abrasive grain provides significantly faster cut rates and resists wear, offering 50%-300% longer life and improved productivity. With a durable X-wt. cotton cloth backing and a resin bond, it ensures excellent grain retention and longer life. The advanced resin bond system and grinding aid further enhance its performance, providing cooler cutting for improved efficiency. This disc is ideal for use on materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron, titanium, and ceramics, and operates at a maximum speed of 23,000 RPM. It uses a Speed-Change fastener for easy and quick attachment. The disc comes in orange and has a grit number of 120 for medium to fine finishing tasks.
