Featuring a 16-inch wheel diameter and 1/8-inch thickness, this wheel is reinforced for durability and provides high performance in both gas and electric-powered saws. The 30-grit, very coarse zirconia alumina abrasive ensures long-lasting performance, cutting through materials such as 300 Series stainless steel, 400 Series stainless steel, hard and soft carbon steels, super alloys, tool steel, and titanium. Its resin bond provides excellent grain retention and helps achieve high cut rates, while the reinforced construction supports long jobs with minimal wear. With a maximum speed of 4800 rpm, this cut-off wheel offers a reliable solution for high-productivity applications, rated for 20,000 sfpm. Ideal for use with rail saws, it delivers consistent results and increased efficiency on a variety of materials.
